Comfortably nestled along the banks of the Saugatucket River, Riverside Cemetery is located just off of High Street across from the South Kingstown Town Hall. Our cemetery sits on 28 peaceful acres and is a short ten minute walk from downtown Wakefield, RI.

Riverside Cemetery is easily accessible by car, bike, or public transportation. Our gates are open to the public every day of the year, though hours of operation may vary with the seasons. Admission is always free.

An important part of our history is our commitment to inspire and educate our community. We take this role seriously and provide amenities to enhance our visitors' enjoyment and comfort. Riverside Cemetery is an

active burial site, so we kindly ask that our
